Learn how to snatch, clean & jerk, squat, bench & deadlift with a whole host of assistance exercises with Professional Sports Performance Coach and UKSCA Strength & Conditioning accredited coach (ASCC)

Gain confidence and learn new exercise skills to help you get comfortable with weightlifting. No weightlifting experience is necessary.
