Learn how to snatch, clean & jerk, squat, bench & deadlift with a whole host of assistance exercises with Professional Sports Performance Coach and UKSCA Strength & Conditioning accredited coach (ASCC)

Gain confidence and learn new exercise skills to help you get comfortable with weightlifting. No weightlifting experience is necessary.

Strength training is advocated by the World Health Organisation (WHO) global recommendations on physical activity for health.
