Open to non-members and members.

This is a high intensity full body strength and cardio workout using kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, dumbbells and boxing moves. This class will work the entire body, using specific training and rest periods. Targeting fat loss, gaining lean muscle and improved cardio and muscular fitness.
