I teach complete beginners to the more advanced the correct lifting skills to Improve performance, confidence and health

  • Learn how to snatch, clean & jerk, squat, bench & deadlift with Professional Sports Performance Coach and UKSCA Strength & Conditioning accredited coach (ASCC).

  • Weight training Is powerful tool you can use to achieve the physical change you desire. Great for fat loss and gaining lean muscle.

  • Gain confidence and learn new exercise skills.

  • Female only sessions In friendly environments, to help women & girls gain confidence and get comfortable In male-dominated spaces.
