Learn how to snatch, clean & jerk, squat, bench & deadlift with Professional Sports Performance Coach and UKSCA Strength & Conditioning accredited coach (ASCC).

  • Female only sessions In friendly environments, to help women & girls gain confidence and get comfortable In male-dominated spaces.

Keeping It simple, classes are kept small, this means Individualized attention and high quality Instruction. I also deliver personal 1-1 coaching. During sessions I Identify and work to address mobility and strength Issues, provide In-class video analysis, and give recommendations for Improvement
